I AM SORRY

So tonight was spent looking through my correspondence emails from my informational site www.weightlosswebsite.com I really love corresponding with my web friends.Its amazing how we all are alike despite color,finances,and anything else that society uses to separate us.I am a different breed of people,I think.I say that because of my feelings toward things and how I feel in general.I am in an interracial relationship.I am black and my husband is white.We have been married for 7 1/2 years.He's a sweetie:) Anyway I was talking to my mother n law or rather yet letting her speak and she went on and on about how she would not be voting for Obama.First let me say I havent even decided who I am going to vote for in Nov.I have been so busy I have yet to take the time to see what these candidates stand for.Thats what matters right? Well,anywho over the years my inlaws have said some racist things.The way she said her stand on the politics just burned me up but was I surprised? Heck,no.Which brings me to my view.Dont walk around with an Obama shirt just because you're black and he's black and you want a black president.DONT DO IT.Please do it for the right reasons!! There are people walking around with this memoribilia that cannot tell me anything on his platform!! Now,same thing for the caucausian people.DO NOT walk around tooting McCains horn if you dont even know what he stands for but you know he's white and you're white and white must be right.DONT DO IT.PLease.Same thing goes for Sarah Palin,dont vote her units way because she is female or not vote for her because she is a female.We have got to live in this country with whomever is put in office so please just vote for the right reasons.Learn what these people plan on doing when they get in office and vote on that.PLEASE.Enough ranting for now I suppose:) Hope this day was great for you!
